Dr. Sena Griffith DC, CCSP (Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner)

Dr. Sena Griffith graduated with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. During her time at Palmer West she served as an executive member of the Sports Council chapter where she gained experience working on athletes at events like Tri-Santa Cruz and the San Jose Turkey Trot. She also attended the Professional Football Chiropractic Society's seminar taking courses to help expand her knowledge of treating athletes alongside the NFL team chiropractors.
Dr. Griffith grew up in Sonoma County spending her time cheerleading and swimming. When she was 14, she fell from a pyramid in a cheerleading accident and suffered a severe whiplash injury that led her to believe she'd never be able to participate in sports again.

Initially after the fall, she saw her primary care physician who prescribed her 2 months of opioids and sent her on her way. Sena was left with limited range of motion in her cervical spine and the fear that she'd continue to live her future years in pain. After those two months had passed, Sena decided to see a chiropractor. Through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitative exercise, Sena was able to get back to the active lifestyle she once lived and went on to cheerlead for her college. Sena also has been an avid CrossFitter and enjoys half marathon training.
Dr. Sena saw the benefits of working with a sports chiropractor, which led her to completing a post-doctoral program and becoming a board certified Certified Chiropractic Practitioner (CCSP) in 2022. The CCSP gives chiropractors specialized knowledge of sports injuries, in turn helping athletes to optimize their athletic performance.
Throughout her time in chiropractic college, she gained experience treating sports injuries on athletes, children, seniors, and the occasional weekend warrior. She primarily uses diversified technique, but is trained in Activator and Thompson Drop. She has taken additional coursework to become certified in Active Release Technique (ART), Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), SFMA, and Stecco Fascial Manipulation.
Sena has seen first hand how people can fall into an inactive lifestyle after a serious injury and wants to empower her patients to feel confident that their bodies can once again get back to doing what they love!

Gracie - Office Assistant

Gracie recently moved to Petaluma from the East Bay during Covid. She attended the College of Marin for a few semesters and played on their Water Polo team and swam for their Swim team. During those semesters she received her associate in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Health Science. She is currently completing pre-reqs in order to apply for Dental Hygiene school.
Gracie has been an athlete her whole life. Being a Stem major and an athlete has given her knowledge in the importance of listening to ones body in order to take care of oneself. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, reading, little trips exploring the Bay Area with her partner, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her cat. As a Stem major and future Dental Hygienist she was interested in working in a healthcare setting which is what led her to our office. She values a calm, easygoing flow which helps her connect with patients in a relaxed nature, allowing for a zero stress, zero hassle health care experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Griffith! I was seeking help with certain problem areas due to working from home as well as doing CrossFit. No matter what the issue is, Dr. Griffith always ensures that her patients leave her office feeling good. She also provided me with many tools and exercises to maintain our adjustments and improve my overall wellbeing. Dr. Griffith does an amazing job walking her patients through the process and being transparent!

Dr. Griffith is a miracle worker. I was in a car accident 4 months ago and have had constant tailbone pain. Immediately after the first session, I felt instant relief. I was so happy I prebooked 8 more sessions. Dr. Griffith knows everything about the body, inside and out, and is also so kind and fun to be with. She is making my recovery something I look forward to every week now. You can't find a better person to help you recover and be pain-free.

Lue B.

For years I have had hip, knee, and quad issues and have been looking for something to help. I went to PT, but they didn't do anything for me. I saw Restore Chiropractic's IG and thought they could help and I was right. Dr. Griffith has done more for me in a few sessions than PT. During our first appointment, she talked to me about what I was looking for and understood where I was coming from. In just 3 sessions, my knee and quads feel so much better. Dr. Griffith gave me exercises to do at home that have helped and minimized the pain I have had. It felt like she knew what I needed and I am grateful to have made that first appointment. One more thing, I tried the Normatec and it was amazing as well. I am seeing results that I didn't think were possible. Thank you Dr. Griffith.

Shane C.

Marci D.

In my first session with Dr. Griffith, she brought instant relief to my neck and shoulders. My range of motion greatly improved. I loveWhat I loved about Dr Sena was that she was thorough in her evaluation of the whole body. She gave me exercises to strengthen my weak areas. She also uses creative techniques, such as cupping and scraping the muscle tissue along with her manual manipulation. This was very helpful. Sena estimated it would take 6-8 visits to correct my issue. After three visits my pain in my lower back had gone away and has not returned. the wisdom she shared throughout our session. Petaluma is lucky to have her.
